Workflow automation for IT and data teams

Onboard a new broker with one visual workflow

System access, office IT setup, an approval and a weekly status report, drawn on one canvas instead of spread over tickets, emails and a spreadsheet.

How the demo works

  1. Step 1

    Start from one form

The hiring office submits a start form. That single event creates the onboarding record and kicks everything off.

  2. Step 2

    Fan out the requests

System access and office IT requests go out in parallel, each as its own step with its own status.

  3. Step 3

    Pause for a person

An approval gate waits for the office lead, however long it takes, and routes a decline back for rework.

  4. Step 4

    Report every Monday

A scheduled run rolls every open onboarding into one status report, so nobody has to chase a spreadsheet.

Workflow canvas

Click Run, approve or decline at the gate, inject a failure and retry just that step. Every node shows what it does and its live status.

Weekly status report

Thirty-six invented onboardings across four offices. Filter, find what is stuck and build the Monday report.

About this demo

Everything here is a simulation with seeded, invented data. The step names, offices and numbers do not describe any real organization, system or person. It illustrates the style of workflow that can be drawn on the FluidGrids canvas (trigger, parallel steps, merge, wait, notify, schedule); it is not a live integration with any system.
